All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us immediately for return instructions and to obtain a required return authorization number. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages you return. If any item is not defective, we reserve the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of 15%.
Our credit card processing is designed to protect you. Please ensure that your bill to address is the same as your credit card statement and that you enter your CVV code accurately. The ship to address may be different.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the package contents and condition carefully. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within three business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, contact the carrier for inspection of the package to assure full refund/replacement. Please retain packaging until resolved.
